Template Freebie: Simple Grid

I like to create these simple photo grids to include extra photos or favorite photos in my scrapbooks. They are a nice visual change of pace from the normal page.  I’ve created a digital template for myself to make creating these easier and thought you might enjoy it, too.  Since  it saves me a few minutes, it might save you a few, too!  Here’s a sample page.

And here’s the template. Click on the image to download the zip file containing the PSD (Photoshop) layered file.  You can use the template in Photoshop, Elements, GIMP or Paint Shop Pro.  It is created in 12×12-inch size, but can be resized.

Now it’s easy to create a storyboard page with your favorite photos using the 12×12-inch layered template.

New pages

I love using digital scrapbook templates.  They make it so easy to get photos scrapped even when you aren’t feeling very creative. Here are three pages I completed over the weekend using templates.

Template Freebie: Disney Halloween Party

Have you been to the Magic Kindom during the fall season? The parks are decked out in Halloween decorations and there’s a special party on weekend evenings. We enjoyed attending Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party (MNSSHP) in 2004 and again in 2007. It was a delight.
Here’s my scrapbook page for the 2004 visit.  I’ve converted it to a layered template and quickpage for you below.

Template Freebie: Pirates in the Caribbean

We took a Disney Cruise to the Western Caribbean for our 25th wedding anniversary. It was such a great time.  I’m slowly working my way through the pictures, getting them scrapbooked.  Here’s a page of photos from Pirate Night: the Pirates IN the Caribbean Party. The villians came in and tried to take over the ship, but Mickey saved the day.  *My hero*  I’ve converted it to a template below.
